1.القبول
هاد الشروط كتخص الموقع sekwila.ma والدومينات الأخرين ديال سكويلة (Sekwila)، والدروس اللي كننشرو على يوتيوب (YouTube)، إنستاغرام (Instagram) وتيك توك (TikTok). سكويلة مشروع ديال Mormind Inc. ملي كتستعمل الموقع ولا كتشوف الدروس، راك متافق مع هاد الشروط.
2.محتوى تعليمي فقط
- الدروس كتشرح مفاهيم عامة. ماشي نصيحة مالية، ولا نصيحة استثمار، ولا قانونية، ولا توصية شخصية.
- التريدينغ (Trading) فيه خطر كبير: تقدر تخسر جزء من الفلوس ديالك ولا كاملين. ما كنوعدوش بحتى ربح. النتائج اللي فاتت ما كتضمنش النتائج الجاية.
- أي قرار كتاخدو كتخصك نتا وحدك. إلا محتاج نصيحة على الحالة ديالك، سول مختص مرخص.
- الأمثلة اللي فالدروس للشرح فقط، ماشي دعوة باش تشري ولا تبيع شي حاجة.
3.سكويلة ماشي بروكر
سكويلة ماشي بروكر (Broker) ولا مستشار مالي. ما كنبيعو حتى منتوج مالي، ما كنسيرو فلوس حتى واحد، وما عندنا حتى شراكة مع شي بروكر.
4.رد البال من النصابة
سكويلة عمرها ما غادي تراسلك فالخاص باش تطلب منك فلوس، ولا تبيع ليك شي حاجة، ولا تسيّر ليك الحساب ديالك. الحسابات الرسمية ديالنا هوما @SekwilaDarija على يوتيوب و@sekwiladarija على إنستاغرام وتيك توك. أي حساب آخر كيدير راسو سكويلة، ما تيقش فيه وبلّغ عليه.
5.الملكية
الفيديوهات، التصاوير، النصوص، الاسم والشعار ديال سكويلة ملك ديال Mormind Inc.
- تقدر: تشوف الدروس، تشارك الروابط ديالها، وتستعمل اللي تعلمتي.
- ما تقدرش: تعاود ترفع الفيديوهات، تقطعهم وتنشرهم كأنهم ديالك، تبيعهم، ولا تستعملهم فشي حاجة تجارية بلا إذن مكتوب منا.
6.المنصات الأخرى
الدروس كاينة على يوتيوب، إنستاغرام وتيك توك. كل منصة عندها الشروط والقواعد ديالها، وحنا ما مسؤولينش على الخدمة ديالها. الروابط لشي مواقع أخرى كنحطوها للفائدة فقط.
7.بلا ضمان
كنحاولو يكون المحتوى صحيح ومحيّن، ولكن كنقدموه «كما هو»، بلا حتى ضمان. المعلومات يقدرو يتبدلو مع الوقت. فالحدود اللي كيسمح بيها القانون، سكويلة وMormind Inc. ما مسؤولينش على حتى خسارة جات من استعمال الدروس ولا الموقع.
8.القانون
هاد الشروط خاضعة للقانون المعمول بيه، بلا ما تمس بالحقوق اللي كيعطيك القانون.
9.التغييرات
يمكن نبدلو هاد الشروط. التاريخ اللي لفوق كيبين آخر تحديث. إلا بقيتي كتستعمل الموقع من بعد التغيير، راك متافق مع الشروط الجديدة.

3.Sekwila is not a broker
Sekwila is not a broker or a financial advisor. We do not sell financial products, we do not manage anyone's money, and we have no partnership with any broker.
4.Beware of impersonators
Sekwila will never send you a private message asking for money, selling you something or offering to manage your account. Our official accounts are @SekwilaDarija on YouTube and @sekwiladarija on Instagram and TikTok. Do not trust any other account claiming to be Sekwila, and please report it.
5.Intellectual property
The videos, images, texts, and the Sekwila name and logo belong to Mormind Inc.
- You may watch the lessons, share links to them, and use what you learn.
- You may not re-upload the videos, cut and publish them as your own, sell them, or use them commercially without our written permission.
6.Third-party platforms
Our lessons are hosted on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Each platform has its own terms and rules, and we are not responsible for their services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.
7.No warranty and limitation of liability
We try to keep our content accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is", without any warranty. Information may change over time. To the extent permitted by law, Sekwila and Mormind Inc. are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the lessons or the website.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have.
9.Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
